Residence Hall Intersession Guest Request Form

This form is required for any non residential guest during the 2024-2025 intersession and must be submitted 5 business days in advance of your guest's arrival. Please note that guest application forms are reviewed during normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
There is a maximum of 3 guests per host at one time and no guest may stay longer than 3 consecutive nights.
You must submit a separate form for each guest request.

As a reminder, any form submissions for guest stays during the official University closures must be submitted at least 2 days before closure. The form will not be reviewed during the University Closure.
