Please Note:

Requests may take up to 10 days to fulfill.
- If you are submitting a request without a 10 day lead time, please email SEES_EnrolledStudentCommunication@hofstra.edu in addition to submitting this form.

Please do not submit a request until you have all the information that is required.
- If your submission promotes any kind of event, do not submit a request without confirmed link(s) to the event's webpage on the Hofstra Events Calendar, GIHU, or other applicable platforms.
- If your submission mentions a giveaway or raffle, please forward the approval from legal to SEES_EnrolledStudentCommunication@hofstra.edu.

The actual send date of your mailing may not be the same as your desired send date.
- Our team manages the communications for the entirety of SEES. Due to some deadlines being harder than others, ensuring the same groups of students are not being sent too many mailings on the same day, and even our own team's process, we cannot guarantee mailings will be sent as requested or scheduled. If you have any concerns regarding your mailing(s) send date, please email SEES_EnrolledStudentCommunication@hofstra.edu.
