It can be painful to go from being the wise person with great advice to suddenly not knowing how to help your college student. Join Dr. Russ Smith, Senior Assistant Dean of Students, Director of First-Generation Support and Engagement, and a professor in the University 101 course, for a conversation about supporting your student at Hofstra. You’ll learn about some great campus resources, as well as tips, tricks, and talking points to help keep you connected with your student’s life on campus. All parents are welcome to attend.
