The annual fair will be held at the Hyatt Regency Miami on Sunday, April 19, 2026. To contain costs for the fair, AIMS has secured a block of 20 hotel rooms at a special event rate. Please use the following link to book your stay: Hyatt Regency Rooms.
Each fair registration comes with one breakfast ticket. If your school plans to send more than one representative to the fair, you will be charged accordingly for each additional team member.
As a welcome, this year's festivities will kick off on Saturday, April 18th, at Biscayne Bay Yacht Club. As in previous years, the cost of this event includes one representative per institution.
