Join us for a workshop event focused on teaching with culturally responsive resources in grades 3-8. This workshop will help teachers in both diverse and less diverse districts identify and use culturally responsive resources with their upper-elementary and middle school level students. For those that are interested in potentially pursuing a career in education, this workshop presents an opportunity to gain exposure to components of teaching as presented by one of Hofstra University’s doctoral candidates. Presenter: Tia Albig, elementary teacher, Garden City Sponsor: HNET - Hofstra Network of Elementary Teachers
